About Alpha Gamma Omega

Leadership Retreat 2016

Alpha Gamma Omega is a National Christian social fraternity. Established in 1927 at UCLA, we now have chapters at universities in California, Colorado and North Carolina. AGO acts as a bridge that maintains and strengthens relationships with both God and other brothers in Christ. Along with campus outreach, we commit to building one another up as we strive to glorify God in every aspect of our lives. Furthermore, AGO provides an opportunity for young men to grow in their relationship with God and each other through Bible studies, accountability groups, and retreats. AGO is a core where lifelong friendships are forged. AGO is a place of spiritual growth and maturity and is a home away from home. If you’d like to learn more, click here.

About Tau Chapter

The brothers and alumni at “Golden Tiger’s” wedding

The SCU Chapter of Alpha Gamma Omega Fraternity is Santa Clara University’s only Christian Fraternity and was chartered on June 2, 2013, by 11 amazing Christian men. Currently, Tau Chapter is 12 members strong and looking for many more men to enjoy this life changing brotherhood. Tau Chapter is one of the newer chapters in Alpha Gamma Omega and is active in participating in campus outreach, on-campus fellowships, and local churches. We strive to keep our lives Christ-centered and to deepen each other’s spiritual lives. The brotherhood is well known for Water & Pancakes on Bellomy where the brothers and friends hand out free pancakes and water bottles to students on party nights. In this way and much more, we strive to share God’s love for us to the rest of the students at SCU.
